Headquartered in Kunming, the company operates a 500 sq.m. manufacturing base in Medical Port Town, Qiantang District, Hangzhou. Supported by profound expertise in pathological preclinical research and lab instrument development, Chensi Bio integrates domestic supply chain resources to deliver products and solutions for global research institutes, pharmaceutical R&D enterprises, CROs, hospital pathology departments and third-party laboratories.
“The founding of Censebio stems from long-term observation of real pain points in pathology labs,” a senior manager of Chensi Bio explained. The team found that imported premium equipment carries high purchase and maintenance costs, while many low-cost alternatives lack application verification and consistent technical after-sales support. Though China boasts a complete manufacturing system for pathology supplies, a trusted professional bridge linking high-quality domestic products and overseas buyers remains scarce.
Guided by the core brand principle — “evaluate products with pathological expertise, upgrade products based on real lab demands”, Censebio builds a full-range product portfolio covering pathology instruments, histology consumables and general lab reagents. The company maintains strategic synergy with EzoneBio (Shanghai) and Ailian Bio (Hangzhou), offering flexible OEM, ODM and neutral private-label packaging services.
The company targets an annual turnover of RMB 2 million in the first year, with overseas business accounting for around 50% of total revenue and a yearly growth rate of over 50%. Its products serve more than 30 provincial-level regions nationwide, alongside key overseas markets including Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States.
